Open Circle
The aim of Open Circle to be “open” to everyone, so why not come and join us, maybe even bring a friend, you will be assured of a very warm welcome! Some of us also attend church and some of us do not.
We meet twice a month from September to June, usually with a short break at Christmas and Easter. Meetings usually take place in the church hall at 7:30pm on Thursday evenings. We also have a Coffee morning at a member’s home during the summer. We hope it gives members the opportunity to develop friendships and meet in a relaxed atmosphere, so why not come along and join us.
Some of the interesting meetings that have taken place in the past have been a talk from one of the first Air Hostesses, very amusing as well as interesting a “Lancashire Lass” with a little interpretation we did understand her!, Skating in the Fens in the very early days of skating and Norfolk Lavender, a Quiz to keep our brains active, on the Social side we have enjoyed a Spring Supper, Mystery Tour and Annual Dinner as well as talks on Fair Trade and Romania.
